摘要
放射性核素标记示踪技术就是用于放射性核素或其标记的化合物作为示踪剂,应用射线来检测示踪剂的行踪,并结合放射自显影、显微镜观察计数、液体闪烁计数仪等进行定性定量观察分析的方法。在实验研究中,我们通常采用核素标记示踪技术研究口腔细菌在生物体系或外界环境的分布状态、迁移情况及变化规律,了解其运动及量变规律,从而更深一步认识细菌与机体之间的相互作用机制。放射性核素标记示踪技术作为追踪观察的一种快速、简便、廉价的方法,为研究细菌的感染部位、途径、机理提供手段。本文就细菌常用放射性核素标记技术原理、分类及应用作一综述。
Radio-labelled tracing technique is a kind of qualitative & quantitive analysis method in the help of autoradiograph, direct microscopic counting and liquid scintillation counter et al, which utilizes isotopic-labelled compound as tracer to track the subject being studied.
