Research progress of Streptococcus mutans proteomics

随着蛋白组学理论和技术的进步,蛋白组学已成为生命科学研究领域中的一大热点。目前,蛋白组学技术在口腔科学中的应用主要集中在致病微生物及口腔肿瘤研究方面。本文就主要致龋菌变形链球菌的蛋白组学研究进展作一综述。

With the advances of theory and technology, proteomics has become a hotspot in the field of life science. At present, the application of proteomics technology in the oral science mainly concentrated on the pathogenic microorganisms and oral cancer. This paper mainly reviewed the progress of the proteomics in the study of Streptococcus mutans which is the main cariogenic bacteria.
