摘要 细菌可以通过分泌和监测其周围环境中信号分子的浓度来协调其基因表达,进而产生特殊的生物学行为,细菌的这种行为调节机制被称作密度感应,它被看作是细菌间进行交流的"语言"。尽管不同的细菌其密度感应的具体过程存在差异,但这种调节机制无论是在细菌毒力因子的合成还是生物膜的形成上都发挥了重要作用。本文对密度感应在生物膜形成中的作用作一简要综述。 Bacteria can regulate their gene expression as a community by secreting and detecting the signaling molecules in the environment through which they can have special behaviors. This mechanism is called quorum sensing which is thought to be the language between bacteria for communication.
