龋病病因相关因素的激光扫描共聚焦显微镜研究

摘要 牙菌斑生物膜作为细菌生长的微环境,在龋病形成和发展中起重要作用;口腔环境中相关因素如口腔黏膜中钙离子含量等与龋病也有一定关系。利用新兴的激光扫描共聚焦显微镜对菌斑生物膜及其他相关因素进行研究,取得了一系列新的进展,本文就此领域的相关问题作一综述。 Bacterial plaque biofilm as the micro-environment of dental bacterial plays an important role in caries formation and development. Other relevant factors in the mouth, such as calcium content in oral mucosa, also have some relationship between dental caries. By using the advantages of confocal laser scanning microscope, a series of achievements has been made in certain areas. This paper reviews the related issues in this field.
