应用组织工程技术修复牙周组织缺损的研究进展

Advances in the application of tissue engineering in the treatment of periodontal tissue defect

牙周病可造成牙槽骨吸收、牙齿脱落。组织工程技术在牙周组织再生治疗中的应用,为牙周病的治疗及牙周缺损的修复提供了新的技术手段。本文就近年来牙周组织再生治疗中关于生物材料、生长因子、细胞治疗和基因治疗等组织工程技术的研究及应用进展作一综述。

The results of the damage by the periodontopathy eventually are the absorption of the alveolar bone and the loss of tooth. Application of tissue engineering can provide a new technology for the treatment of the periodontopathy and periodontal tissue defect. The present article tries to address the research on the regeneration of the periodontal tissue with biomaterials, growth factors, cell therapy, gene therapy and so on.
