摘要 转化生长因子(TGF)-β是一族具有多种功能的多肽生长因子,属于TGF超家族。在骨组织中,TGF-β1的含量最为丰富,能促进成骨细胞增殖和分化,是种植体周骨组织整合修复过程中一个重要的调节因子。本文对TGF-β1促进种植体骨整合的研究进展作一综述。 Transforming growth factor(TGF)-β, a member of the TGF superfamily, is a multifunctional polypeptide growth factor. TGF-β1 is strongly implicated in bone tissue. Since it can stimulate osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, it has been considered to be an important growth regulatory factor during osteointegration process. This article provides an overview of the above focuses.
