临床修复工作中,近缺隙侧倾斜牙齿常被选作基牙,倾斜基牙所受!力是非轴向力,容易造成牙周组织损伤,如何更加合理有效地利用倾斜基牙进行修复是临床亟待解决的问题。本文就倾斜基牙的牙周应力分析及修复方法作一综述。

The tilted tooth near the edentulous space is often selected to be abutment in clinic work. But the direction of the stress force on the tilted abutment is not axial. It may cause occlusal trauma to periodontal tissues. So how to utilize the tilted abutment to restore the missing tooth is a problem. This review summarizes the stess analysis of periodontal tissues of tilted abutment and the treatment plans in such condition.
