摘要
采用Φ480 mm、高6 m的工业规模有机玻璃填料塔,以空气-水为实验物系,测试了250Y型金属孔板波纹填料床层的液体分布,并以海水-模拟烟气为物系进行了海水脱硫的实验研究。结果表明,液速和气速的改变均不会对床层液流分布造成较大的影响;在不添加任何化学品的情况下,海水对烟气中二氧化硫的脱除率可达到95%。
Liquid distribution and seawater flue gas desulfurization experiments were carried out on an industrial-scale packing column of 6 m high and Φ 480 mm in diameter,using air/water and seawater/air/sulfur dioxide as test system,respectively.The column was packed with Mellpak 250Y metal corrugated packing.The results of the liquid distribution showed that both liquid velocity and gas velocity influenced the liquid distribution very slightly.The seawater desulfurization experiments showed that the desulfurizatio...
