摘要
采用催化精馏法回收稀醋酸。考察了反应段高度、醇酸进料摩尔比、回流比、甲醇进料状态等因素对醋酸转化率的影响。综合考虑各影响因素,得到适宜的设备参数和操作条件:催化剂填充段长度1.17 m,醇酸比2∶1,回流比4∶1,甲醇以饱和蒸汽进料。采用催化精馏工艺可提高醋酸转化率32%,带来资源回收的经济效益。
Catalytic distillation is used to recover acetic acid from dilute aqueous streams in this paper.The effects of reaction zone height,feed ratio of methanol to acetic acid,reflux ratio,methanol feed property are discussed.The optimal operation parameters concluded from experiments are as follows 1.17 m of catalyst stuffing length,2∶1 of feed ratio of methanol to acetic acid,4∶1 of reflux ratio,and methanol fed as vapor.The productivity can be improved to 32%,that brings some benefits from resource recovering.
