Simulation of A new methylal manufacture process by Aspen Plus

提出了一种新的生产工艺,考虑了将甲缩醛的反应部分从精馏塔中"取出"的连续催化精馏过程,并使用过程模拟软件Aspen Plus对重要的工艺参数进行了优化,对工艺过程进行模拟计算。结果表明所提出的工艺方案具有一定的可行性。

The continuous catalytic reaction distillation process of methylal manufacture in which the reaction process is removed from the distillation column is studied.In addition,optimization of the key process parameter is taken through the simulation of the process by Aspen Plus software.The conclusion proves that the proposed technic scheme is feasible.
