铁对厌氧活性污泥生物制氢系统的影响

Effects of iron on mixed bacteria for hydrogen production

以驯化后的混合菌种为研究对象,在间歇实验的基础上探讨了不同价态的铁及不同浓度的二价铁离子对其产氢效能的影响。实验发现,不同价态的铁对混合菌种的厌氧发酵产氢均有不同程度的促进作用,其中二价铁离子最佳。在反应进行60 h时,质量浓度为400 mg/L的二价铁离子对氢气总产量的促进作用较明显,第60 h内的氢气总产量达到最大值175 mL/L;当反应进行到60 h以后,质量浓度为1 600 mg/L的二价铁离子对氢气总产量的促进作用比较明显,氢气总产量最大达到230mL/L;而高浓度的二价铁离子则对氢气总产量产生了抑制作用。
