摘要
以稻壳为实验原料,在循环流化床内的燃烧过程进行了研究,分析了流化速度、颗粒度、炉膛布风对燃烧的影响以及生物质燃烧时容易出现的结焦现象。从而得出流化速度在2~6 m/s时,炉膛内温度分布均匀,燃烧工况较好。颗粒度小,达到稳定燃烧时间短,且燃烧温度高。二次风量占总风量的50%~70%为好。生物质在循环流化床内的燃烧容易出现高温结块,运行温度应控制在900℃以下,最好在850℃以下。
The combustion characteristics of agricultural wastes in circulating fluidized bed(CFB) are investigated with rice hull as the feedstock.The effects of fluidizing velocity,particle size and air distribution on the combustion behavior are discussed in detail,as well as agglomeration phenomenon in biomass combustion.Under the fluidizing air velocity at 2-6 m/s,the temperature distribution in CFB furnace is relative uniformity,together with steady combustion state.However,particle size is inversely proportiona...
