摘要
研究了以大孔阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂的松节油一步法水合反应。通过控制松节油、有机溶剂(乙酸乙酯或异丙醇)和水的配比,调节反应体系始终处于均匀的液相状态,这样即可以达到选择性抑制副产物γ-松油醇的生成,从而实现合成高纯度α-松油醇的目的。催化剂的质量为松节油质量的5%~10%,反应时间为6~10 h,所得α-松油醇反应液中γ-松油醇质量分数不大于1.5%,精制后α-松油醇质量分数可达92.0%以上。
The one-step hydration of turpentine oil catalyzed by macroporous cation exchange resin to synthesize high purity α-terpineol was studied.The γ-terpineol,which is difficult to separate with α-terpineol,was reduced by controlling the ratio of turpentine oil,organic solvent(ethyl acetate or isopropyl alcohol),and water.The mass percent of catalyst to turpentine oil was 5%-10%.The reaction time was 6-10 h.The content of α-terpineol in reaction mixture solution except solvent and water was not over 1.5% by GC.T...
