摘要
研究木蹄层孔菌和桦剥管菌发酵液对低品位磷的浸出效果。结果表明,木蹄层孔菌的解磷能力显著强于桦剥管菌。最佳浸磷条件为:(1)木蹄层孔菌:矿液比为1∶3,浸矿时间为4 d,初始pH 1.88,提取液中磷最大质量浓度为34.95 mg/L,最大提取率为1.6%。(2)桦剥管菌:矿液比为1∶3.5,初始pH为2.51,提取液中磷最大质量浓度为8.12 mg/L,最大提取率为0.24%。
The leaching effect of low-grade rock phosphate with the fermented liquors of Fomes fomentarius(L.∶Fr.) Kick.and Piptoporus betulinus(Bull.∶Fr.)
