应用壳聚糖絮凝缫丝滞头废水的研究

Research of using chitosan to flocculate cocoon wastewater

研究了壳聚糖对缫丝滞头段废水絮凝处理的效果。首先通过单因素实验考察壳聚糖投加量、pH、絮凝时间、摇床转速、温度对絮凝缫丝滞头废水的影响,再通过正交实验,确定了影响絮凝的主要因素及优化的絮凝条件。实验表明采用壳聚糖投加量为1.23 g/L、pH为4.25、摇床转速为235 r/min、温度值为25℃时,滞头废水COD去除率达86.6%。
