铝合金叶轮电磁泵铸造技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据电磁泵原理开发了由电磁泵和保温炉组成的铝合金低压铸造装置,通过试验数据处理并结合数学分析方法,建立了电磁泵工作流量与静压头ΔP等之间的关系式[1],制定了铝合金叶轮铸件的电磁泵铸造工艺,并进行了实际浇注生产。应用结果表明,采用该技术生产的铝合金叶轮铸件不仅综合性能良好,且成品率明显提高。 Based on principle of electromagnetic pump, the aluminum low pressure casting device that consist of electromagnetic pump and holding furnace is developed. Through experimenting and experimental data treatment, the relation between the work flow rate (Q)、the static pressure (ΔP ) and the low pressure casting process of the turbo-charge blade wheel have been established.
