镍对耐热铸造Cu-Ni-Al合金组织和性能的影响

摘要 采用压缩试验、硬度测试、金相观察和电子探针分析等手段分析了合金元素Ni对一种耐热铸造Cu-Ni-Al合金组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着合金元素Ni质量分数从10%增加到25%,室温下合金硬度HBS提高了25.2%,σb提高了82%,σ0.2提高了70.5%。500℃下的HBS提高了40%。镍改变合金力学性能的主要原因是Ni在铜基体中的固溶强化作用和与其他合金元素形成化合物产生的第二相强化作用。 The effect of Ni on the microstructures and mechanical properties of heat-resistant cast Cu-Ni-Al alloy was analyzed by using optical microscope, EMPA, hardness and compression test. The results show that the Brinell hardness HB,ultimate compression strength σbc and yield compression strength σ0.2pc of the alloy at room temperature increase by 25.2%, 82% and 70.5%, respectively, with the increase in Ni content from 10% to 25%.
