Fabrication of Nano-Sized SiC Particle Reinforced Magnesium Matrix Composite by Ultrasonic Dispersion Method

摘要 评述了纳米SiC增强镁基复合材料的制备技术研究现状,在此基础上重点介绍了采用高能超声波分散技术制备镁基纳米复合材料的研究进展。对纳米SiC增强镁基复合材料的力学性能进行了测试并采用SEM、TEM、EDS和XRD等方法分析了其微观结构,指出了纳米SiC增强镁基复合材料制备中存在的几个重要问题,并对其未来发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。 The recent status in the fabrication of nano-sized SiC particle reinforced magnesium matrix composite is reviewed in this paper, based on which the focus lies in the progress of magnesium matrix nanocomposite fabrication by the high energy ultrasonic dispersion method. The mechanical properties of nano-sized SiC reinforced magnesium matrix composite, which is prepared with the above method, are measured.
