摘要
局部加压压铸工艺是压铸中用于消除厚壁处缩孔、缩松缺陷的一种新技术。开发了一种多回路、参数调整方便、简单可靠、价格低廉的移动式局部加压装置,成功地应用于复杂压铸件的生产。探讨了局部加压结构形式、加压杆与杆套的配合公差对加压杆使用性能的影响,得到了8mm和12mm两种加压杆的合理公差,确保了加压杆的使用寿命。研究局部加压工艺参数对铸件内部质量的影响,当局部加压压力越大时,加压效果越好;在加压压力一定时,局部加压开始时间短可获得较好的加压效果。采用局部加压压铸技术,提高了铸件的合格率,达到97%以上。
A novel process named local pressurization in the die casting was successfully used to deliminate shrinkage porosity at the thick section of the die castings recently.
