摘要
研究了多次人工时效对低压铸造A356.2铝合金轮毂力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过多级人工时效使合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度有所提高;伸长率有所下降;并随时人工效次数的增多变化幅度在下降,组织结构趋于稳定;A356.2铝合金晶粒的粗大,经T6热处理后对屈服强度和硬度没有影响,而抗拉强度和伸长率有所下降。研究认为,多次时效能使A356.2铝合金轮毂的强度和硬度提高,而伸长率下降,并且使性能更加稳定。A356.2铝合金铸造过程中晶粒粗大其伸长率越差。
