摘要
以经典电磁场理论为依据,利用有限元软件ANSYS,系统地研究了三维矩形坯连铸结晶器内磁场分布规律。结果表明:矩形软接触电磁连铸结晶器角部存在明显的磁场叠加现象;硬铝合金液面处于线圈中心位置时可获得最大磁感应强度;当线圈与耐火材料的距离为5~10mm时,能获得最佳磁感应强度;采用不锈钢结晶器能获得更大的磁感强度,是5052铝结晶器的1.5~2.0倍。
Based on electromagnetism theory, the three dimensional magnetic field in rectangular soft-contacting electromagnetic continuous casting (EMCC) mould is numerically investigated through ANSYS software.
