将现代企业采购管理理念引入产品科研生产用物料的采购全过程是适应科研生产发展趋势的必由之路。本文通过介绍采购归口管理部门将采购管理方法和手段在产品科研生产重点项目备件生产采购过程中运用的收获和体会,对采购控制工作的进一步完善提出了一些有益的建议。

To meet the requirement of development trend of scientific research and production, it is necessary to incorperate the modern procurement management theory in the whole procurement process for the items used in scientific research and production.This paper provided some suggestions to improve the procurement management by introducing the experiences in the application of the modern procurement management methods in the procurement of parts production.
