摘要
本文从分析我国民航发展的形势出发,论述了民航科技工作现状,提出应从科技规划、人才培养、资金投入、资源整合、重大项目研究以及科技交流合作等几个方面着手加强民航科技管理工作,为建设民航强国提供科技支撑。
Based on the analysis of Chinese civil aviation development,the situation of science and technology of civil aviation is discussed.It is pointed out that the research planning,innovative research team,R&D investment,R&D resource integration,major project development and management,and sci-tech exchange and cooperation should be strengthened to provide the scientific and technical base for constructing a strong country of civil aviation.
