摘要
增强自主创新能力,关键是增强企业的技术创新能力。企业在技术创新中处于主体地位。围绕提高企业创新能力,通过对我国自主创新的现状、问题及原因进行分析研究,提出了提高我国企业自主创新能力的建议和对策。
Enhancing China s capacity for independent innovation is the crucial link in enhancing the technological innovation and enterprises play the leading role in technological innovation.This paper around enhancing enterprises capacity for independent innovation makes some suggestions and countermeasures on our enterprises capacity for independent innovation through analyzing and studying the present situation,existing problems and reasons of our national independent innovation.
