摘要
采用正交设计确定AZ 31镁合金阳极氧化工艺的最佳电解液配方。通过XRD,SEM和极化曲线分别研究了AZ 31镁合金阳极氧化膜的相组成、表面形貌和膜的耐蚀性。结果表明:优化的镁合金阳极氧化膜主要成分是MgO和MgAl2O4,氧化膜层粗糙、多孔,膜的耐蚀性也得到很大提高。
Orthogonal design was employed in tests to determine optimal anodizing composition of AZ 31 Mg alloy. The phase composition,surface morphology and corrosion resistance of the anodic film were investigated respectively by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and potentiodynamic polarization curves. The results show that the anodic film is mainly comprised of MgO and MgAl2O4,the film is coarse and porous,and its corrosion resistance has also been improved greatly.
