钻井废弃泥浆固化处理技术的研究与应用

Research and application of solidification treatment technology of waste drilling mud

油田三大公害之一的钻井度弃泥浆的处理受到广泛关注,化学固化法已成为各油田处理度弃泥浆的重要方法。针对江苏油田泥浆组分及气候特点,论述了钻井废弃泥浆固化处理的机理,对比研究了钻井废弃泥浆固化配方,确定了具有经济实用、施工方便的废泥策无害化固化处理技术。实际使用证明该处理方法是可行的,值得推广。
