本文对网络舆情信息挖掘的渠道和环节、挖掘内容重要的"六个点"及挖掘方式提出了新的想法;构建了网络舆情安全评估指标体系,来量化评价舆情发展态势,并为管理者提供预警和辅助决策的科学依据;该指标体系的构建也对网络舆情监测和预警综合系统的平台运行具有重要的指导意义。
