目前,知识服务平台的建设已成为提高企业技术、竞争、商务和策略智能的重要手段。本文针对现有企业知识服务平台在成本及功能全面性方面存在的问题,提出了基于DSpace的企业知识服务平台架构理念。分析了平台应用流程、技术及功能优势,展现了一个集知识信息加工、多类型资源存储与检索、个性知识信息推送于一体的新型企业知识服务平台模型。
