摘要
基于故障及维修规律分析理论,结合汽车检测系统结构及原理,确定系统维修方针,并基于最大有效度厚则及系统可靠性原则建立了汽车检测系统预维修策略。在对东北三省汽车检测线大量运行故障数据分析处理的基础上,建立了汽车检测系统故障数据库,对故障间隔时间的分布模型进行拟合研究,建立了威布尔分布模型,确定了系统的早期故障期和平均故障间隔时间。基于所建模型,采用最大有效度原则对系统维修周期进行了分析。基于可靠性原则建立了制定预维修计划的理论与原则,并结合实例进行了分析。
