摘要
通过用不同力度夹尾,分别观察夹尾前后的血压变化。结果表明,重度夹尾引起大鼠血压降低程度明显大于轻度夹尾,说明疼痛感越强,引起血压下降越明显。分别用光滑针和波纹形针以同一力度和相同时间刺鼠观察大鼠血压变化。结果显示:光滑针刺引起的血压降低量(-1.99±0.45 kPa),明显大于波纹形针刺引起的血压降低量(-0.96±0.32 kPa),具有极其显著的统计学差异(p<0.0001),且光滑针刺引起血压变化持续的时间(16.60±5.19 s),明显长于波纹形针刺引起血压变化的持续时间(8.47±3.68 s),说明光滑针刺引起的疼痛程度明显高于波纹形针刺引起的疼痛程度。
