无钙化无毛刺良恶性乳腺肿块鉴别诊断

No calcification no burr benign and malignant breast tumor diagnosis

目的探讨无钙化及无毛刺性乳腺肿块周围结构改变对良恶性的鉴别诊断价值,以提高乳腺癌的正确诊断率。方法对30例病理证实无钙化及无毛刺性肿块患者的钼靶X线征象进行回顾性分析。结果30例乳腺肿块病例中,良性12例,表现为肿块周围腺体及小梁影弧形受压推挤明显;恶性18例,表现为周围小梁影纠集与完全中断。结论乳腺无钙化及无毛刺性肿块患者中,周围结构改变对良恶性的鉴别诊断有着重要作用,是诊断乳腺癌的特殊征象。
