摘要
目的建立石斛属植物RAPD指纹图谱,探讨RAPD分子标记技术在石斛属种类鉴别上的应用。方法用RAPD方法构建石斛属内7种石斛及一种石仙桃植物RAPD指纹图谱,对其扩增条带进行分析。结果共扩增出53条带,分布在0.25~1.3kb之间,其中39个条带有遗传多样性,约占总数的73.6℅。经聚类分析不同石斛间的遗传距离分布在0.04762~0.68421,平均遗传距离为0.44380,而石仙桃与石斛属植物的平均遗传距离为0.71734。结论石斛属植物的遗传多态性丰富,与种外植物遗传距离较大,RAPD技术可作为石斛属植物鉴别的有效方法。
