摘要
对四极质谱计在航天泄漏检测技术中的应用做了介绍。以具体检测过程为例,表明了四极质谱计在航天泄漏检测领域中所具有的巨大优势,值得大力推广和应用。
The application ofquadrupole mass spectrometer in leak test ofaerospace is introduced.Exemplified with a practical leak test process,it indicates that the quadrupole mass spectrometer has great advantages in leak test fields of aerospace and it’ s worth to be extended and applied greatly.
