摘要
采用基于排气与压缩上止点的两次燃油喷射进行了柴油p-HCCI(partial-HCCI)燃烧的研究,分析了首次喷射油量和2次喷射油量对p-HCCI燃烧的燃烧与排放特性的影响,并兼顾排放和经济性确定了首次喷射比例。结果表明:首次喷射与2次喷射对燃烧过程的影响不同,随着首次喷射燃油量的增加,燃烧相位明显提前,而随2次喷射比例的增加,燃烧放热率峰值增大;首次喷射和2次喷射对NOx排放的影响相同,NOx排放随着喷射量的增加而增加,而2次喷射量的增加容易造成碳烟排放的增加。通过优化首次喷射比例,可以维持在发动机指示热效率不变的情况下,降低NOx和碳烟排放。
