摘要 为了研究柴油机高喷射压力、高背景压力下的密集喷雾特性,自行设计了喷雾模拟试验装置。利用电控单体泵喷油系统和高速摄影系统,获得了柴油喷雾发展图片,总结分析了密集喷雾的总体结构特征。并根据高喷射压力、高背景压力试验条件对广安喷雾贯穿距离计算公式进行了修正。根据试验数据,选用KH-RT破碎模型对喷雾过程进行仿真,通过模型常数分析,提出了KH-RT模型的改进方法,即原来认为是常数的C2(作为调整破碎时间的常数),在改进后随喷油规律变化,使仿真结果有了很大改进。 A constant volume cell for spray study was designed to investigate the thick spray characteristics under high injection pressure and high ambient pressure.An experimental study was carried out with the electronic unit pump(EUP) injection system.High-speed photography and digital imaging were used to record the sequential high speed photographs of transient sprays.The configuration characteristic of thick spray was analyzed.The spray penetration was calculated using the Hiroyasu formula and then was modified...
