摘要
为了研究柴油机高喷射压力、高背景压力下的密集喷雾特性,自行设计了喷雾模拟试验装置。利用电控单体泵喷油系统和高速摄影系统,获得了柴油喷雾发展图片,总结分析了密集喷雾的总体结构特征。并根据高喷射压力、高背景压力试验条件对广安喷雾贯穿距离计算公式进行了修正。根据试验数据,选用KH-RT破碎模型对喷雾过程进行仿真,通过模型常数分析,提出了KH-RT模型的改进方法,即原来认为是常数的C2(作为调整破碎时间的常数),在改进后随喷油规律变化,使仿真结果有了很大改进。
