摘要 为了改善多载体并联式SCR催化转化器内载体间的均匀性,通过人工分块耦合的方法对该系统划分了六面体网格,应用CFD软件Star-CD,对该催化转化器前端入口多孔管开孔区域在角度分别为180°、255°、360°时进行了对比分析,并在计算的基础上提出了用流量不均匀性指数的方法来评价多载体并联式催化转化器内载体间流量均匀性的方法,根据该方法,入口管串孔区域存在一个最佳角度范围可以使得各载体间流量的分配最均匀。 To improve the flow uniformity of the paralleled multi-carrier SCR convertert,he hexa meshes were constructed through the method of artificial sub-zoned coupling,The simulation using interface of CFD software Star-CD codes has conducted on three cases with hole angles of 180°,255° and 360° on the cylindrical perforated plate respectively.On the basis of this,a definition of non-uniformity index M to evaluate the flow uniformity is proposed,The results show that there exists an optimum angle range to get a b...
