This paper investigates the setting-up,the present situation of teachers,the content installation,the purpose of students to choose the course as far as the calisthenics at colleges in the Western Area of Heilongjiang Province,and goes further to analyze factors that affect the development of this course to offer some reference for improving calisthenics in the Western Area of Heilongjiang Province.
