摘要
提出将微扰法应用在GHz、THz时域脉冲研究中.先求出无微扰时的时域场分布,然后求该时域场同时变电导相作用产生的扰动场,把扰动场加到无微扰下的时域场上,就得到了微扰下的场分布。利用电磁场时域差分方法对所研究问题进行了计算,并进行了实验验证,研究表明,理论结果和数值及实验结果相吻合。
The perturbation method is applied to study the GHz and Thz pulse in time domain. The time solution without perturbation is solved first. Then it was used to obtain the perturbation field by coupled with the time-varying conductivity. The field under perturbation is acquired by added the perturbation field to the original field. The simulated and experiments results compare well with theory results.
