摘要
传统的基于S参数测量的建模方法,难以精确地描述器件的非线性。利用非线性散射函数可以完成对微波功率器件的精确建模。本文在谐波平衡法分析非线性器件的基础上,实现了这种非线性散射函数建模,同时对非线性散射函数的微波电路设计方法进行了研究。最后利用非线性散射函数设计了微波二倍频器电路。
The modeling method based on s-parameter measurement cannot describe the nonlinear characteristic of the components accurately. The nonlinear scattering function can build accurate model of microwave power components. In this article, the nonlinear scattering function model is built based on harmonic balance method. The method of microwave circuit design base on the nonlinear scattering function is studied. At last, a frequency multiplier circuit is designed by this method.
