摘要 分析了探地雷达系统对超宽带脉冲发生器的要求,根据系统要求,利用雪崩三极管雪崩效应,采用并行同时触发方式设计制作了超宽带脉冲发生器(脉宽为18ns、上升沿约为7ns、幅度为±390V的双极性对称高速脉冲)。并用示波器对实际制作的电路进行了测试。实验测试结果获得了满意的电性能。表明设计的脉冲发生器可以应用于探地雷达系统中。 In this paper, the pulse’s indexes, need in Pulse Ground Penetrating Radar system, are analyzed, Based on the standardized and the characteristics of avalanche transistor, synchronous triggering mode is adopted, UWB pulse generator (.a couple of symmetrical bipolar pulse, pulse width with 18ns, pulse rise time around 7ns, its amplitude with ± 390V) has been developed.
