System Errors Analysis of Aperture Synthesis Microwave Radiometers

摘要 北航电磁工程实验室已经研制出的一套工作于8mm波段(34.07GHz)的10天线二维综合孔径微波辐射成像系统BHU-2D,其原理样机采用T形阵列。对其采用相关/不相关噪声注入法进行误差分析,实验结果表明:相关偏置的主要原因是采集板量化前的互相耦合;通道间相位不平衡误差为-53.89度,当积分时间为0.2秒时,其起伏不大于0.18度;由于采用数字解调,IQ非正交误差很小,可以忽略其影响,同时拟合出了条纹洗涤函数。 A 2-D(two-dimensional) synthetic aperture microwave radiometer operating at 8mm band, BHU-2D (Beihang University 2-dimensional), is developed. In this paper, Initial Experimental Result of BHU-2D’s System Error analyse is presented. The main offset error is come from mutual coupling on data acquisition board , and the offset’s module increase when import signal becoming intense.
