Predistortion Technology for Short Wave High Power Amplifiers

摘要 分析了几种主要的预失真结构,发现这些预失真结构均不适用于多通道宽频带短波通信中大功率放大器的线性化。针对短波通信系统的特点和对邻道干扰以及功率放大器工作效率的要求,提出了一种新的数字射频预失真方案,并采用通用的数字信号处理器和FPGA在硬件上实现了一个预失真线性化模型。仿真和实验结果表明,在短波通信系统采用这种方案,可以在很大程度上改善功率放大器的线性度。 Several main conventional predistortion structures for the power amplifier linearization are analyzed.It is found that the structures cannot be used for the power amplifier linearization in the multichannel and the wideband HF communication.According to the technical request of the adjacent channel interfere and the power amplifier efficiency in short wave communication systems,a new RF predistortion scheme is presented.The scheme is implemented on a hardware platform by using the common digital signal proc...
