摘要
目的探讨简化护理工作程序及保证护理质量的护士排班模式。方法改革旧的排班模式,并比较新旧排班模式的交接班次数及护理工作质量。结果新的排班模式比旧的排班模式交接班次数减少2次,新旧2种排班模式对病区护理工作质量的影响无显著性的差异。结论新的排班模式可减少交接班次数,简化护理工作程序,保证护理工作质量。
Objective To explore a suitable mode of nursing shift arrangement in order to simplify working procedure of nursing and ensure nursing quality. Methods Reformed old mode of nursing shift arrangement. Compared the times of nursing shift and nursing quality between old and new mode of nursing shift arrangement.
