胃大部切除术后近期出血5例诊治体会

Experience in diagnosis and treatment of bleeding shortly after subtotal gastrectomy: A report of 5 cases

目的探讨胃大部切除术后近期出血的原因及其治疗和预防。方法回顾性分析5例胃大部切除术后近期出血病人的临床资料。结果5例病人经及时处理,均治愈出院。结论胃大部切除术后近期出血,应重视预防,发生后及时处理,结果比较理想。

Objective To explore the reasons、 treatment and prevention of bleeding shortly after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods Clinical data of 5 cases of bleeding shortly after subtotal gastrectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 5 cases of patients which bleeded shortly after subtotal gastrectomy were managed timely and were cured. Conclusion The prevention of bleeding shortly after subtotal gastrectomy should be emphasized. If the bleeding is found and treated timely, the outcome will be better.
