70岁以上直肠癌病人术前并存病的围手术期处理

The perioperative management of the coexisting diseases for the elderly patients over 70 years old with rectal cancer

目的探讨70岁以上盲肠癌病人并存病的围手术期处理。方法回顾性分析1997年1月至2007年12月间收治129例70岁以上有并存病的直肠癌病人的外科治疗。结果并存心脏病11例,高血压17例,糖尿病33例,呼吸系统疾病11例,肝功能异常10例,贫血26例,低蛋白血症31例。术后并发症有肠瘘2例,伤口裂开4例、伤口感染11例,肺部感染3例,心功能不全1例。围手术期死亡2例。结论虽然并存病增加了手术风险,但术前全面了解病情,加强并存病的围手术期处理可大大提高手术成功率,降低手术死亡率和开发症发生率。

Objective To explore the perioperative management of the coexisting diseases for the elderly patients over 70 years old with rectal cancer. Methods From January 1997 to december 2007, the data of surgical treatment for rectal cancer with the coexisting diseases in 129 patients over 70 years old was analyzed retrospectively.
