超声辛普森法对左心室收缩功能的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨辛普森法对左心收缩功能测定的临床价值。方法对临床确诊有心脏病合并心功能不全的患者60例、经辛普森法对左心收缩功能进行测定。将其结果和传统立方体法及临床表现比较,判断其临床意义。结果辛普森对左心收缩功能的测定优于传统的立方体法。结论辛普森法是一种值得推广的无创心功能超声测定方法。
