从村民自治的角度思考我国农村公共产品供给问题

Thinking Rural Public Products Supply Problem From the Angle of Villagers' Self-governance

农村公共产品对于农村经济社会发展具有重要的作用,改革开放后的农村非集体经济瓦解了原有的公共产品供给体系,为解决这一问题推出了村民自治制度。本文从目前我国农村公共品的供给状况入手,以村民自治制度本身以及它和周围的行政、经济、社会体制环境的关系为角度,分析了我国农村公共产品供给产生问题的原因,并对此提出了改革建议。

Self-governance system was carried out for the reason that the former public products supply system had been disintegrated by non-collective economy after reform and opening-up.,Startinging from the current situation of rural public products supply,viewing from self-governance system itself and its relationship with politics,economy and social environment,this paper analyzes the reason why there is problem for rural public products supply and gives some suggestions.
