少数民族中小学双语教师教育实习调查及培训改革建议——以新疆兵团农一师、农二师为例

摘要 2007年4月下旬,本调研组对新疆生产建设兵团(农一师、农二师)中小学少数民族双语教师的教育实习情况进行了调研。根据调研情况,提出了改进双语教师培训的方案,改革的关键在于以成人学员的学习特点为主要依据,进行教学管理和课程设置的改革。 The task-group has made an investigation on the Education Practice of Bilingual Teachers of Minority Ethnic Groups in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(The First & Second Agricultural Division).On this basis,the author has put forward some measures and suggestions to the existing problems.We think that the key is to reform the teaching management and the training courses according to the features of adult learning.
