塔里木大学外事管理工作初探

Preliminary Study of the Management of Foreign Affairs in Tarim University

近几年,随着塔里木大学各项事业的发展,对外交流日益扩大,在教学当中引进外籍教师的需求增加,因而学校的外事管理工作越显重要,也面临着很大的机遇和挑战。本文旨在从塔里木大学的实际出发,从管理和发展两个方面来谈谈外事管理工作。

In recent years,Trim University has developed and expanded rapidly.The academic exchanges and co operations have become more and more important and more and more foreign teachers are needed.We are given new opportunities and facing new challenges.This Article intends to discuss the foreign affairs from two aspects: management and development in accordance with the reality of Tarim University.
