在对现阶段我国排球后备人才培养模式及影响因素分析的基础上,论述了建立"小学—中学—大学"一条龙培养模式的必要性及发展前景,为新型排球后备人才培养模式的建立提供新思路。

Based on the analysis of our country s present reserved volleyball players training patterns and their influential factors,the necessity and prospect of a primary-secondary-college based training pattern that must be establised is discussed because the pattern can provide a new method for the new type volleyball reserves training.
